GOTV in International Campaigns?

Yesterday the blog “Mobilizing Ideas” published “Is GOTV a Universally Applicable Answer for Campaigns to the Challenge of Fragmented Audiences?” a short piece I wrote on the applicability of US GOTV tactics in international campaigns. The essay is part of a larger discussion on the blog inspired by Rasmus Kleis Nielsen's new book “Ground Wars” (2012), in which he portrays the state of the art of GOTV in the US-Congressional campaign 2008.
